Tim Vines, Project Lead for DataSeer – a tool developed by a journal editor to help researchers and editors identify datasets, get them into the right format, and find the best place to share them – will speak in the session on Data Citations & Sharing. Other speakers in our session will include Varsha Khodiyar from Springer Nature, Matthew Buys from DataCite, and Rachael Lammey from CrossRef. There’s also a second session on “Challenges and progress with data as a key asset for Funders and Academia ” from 12.10pm to 1.00pm EST.
