DataSeer to speak at CHORUS Forum on ‘Research Data to Content’

On January 21, from 11:00AM – 1:30 PM EST, stakeholders from across the scholarly communications ecosystem, including funders, societies, publishers, and academic institutions will gather online for the free Chorus Forum on the challenges and opportunities around connecting research data to content. Registration is now open.

Tim Vines, Project Lead for DataSeer a tool developed by a journal editor to help researchers and editors identify datasets, get them into the right format, and find the best place to share them – will speak in the session on Data Citations & Sharing. Other speakers in our session will include Varsha Khodiyar from Springer Nature, Matthew Buys from DataCite, and Rachael Lammey from CrossRef. There’s also a second session on “Challenges and progress with data as a key asset for Funders and Academia ” from 12.10pm to 1.00pm EST.
