Should articles be the main ‘unit’ for sharing research data?

Our Founder Tim wrote a post for the industry-leading blog the Scholarly Kitchen about the need for a fundamental unit in data sharing – a unit of research for which we determine whether or not all the associated data has been shared. This unit could range from a single experiment to a 5 year research grant, but Tim concludes that the most sensible choice is the research article.
